Sydney's first movie: The Panda Movie (Kung Fu Panda)

Saturday we went to the early showing of Kung Fu Panda. It was Syd's first flick in the theater. She was very excited to go, very excited to see the larger-than-life Panda, Po, in the lobby, very excited to get popcorn, very excited to eat & share popcorn, but not very excited about the actual movie itself. We had to get down & walk around the hallway a bit because she got bored.

As with TV, she zombied out as soon as the pre-views started. Here I am trying to get a shot of the 2 of us while Jeff got refreshments.

In the lobby there was a Dance Dance Revolution machine. Syd thought he little bars were swings-probably her favorite thing of the day!

Next time we'll just hang out in the lobby & eat popcorn!

FYI: This was Brody's first flick as well, but he slept through the whole thing with the exception of a meal & a soiled diaper. I was afraid it was a little loud for him, so I had his ears covered w/ a blanket while he slept in his carseat.
